Exposure to financial modelling or advisory projects will be considered an asset.</li><li>Excellent academic background, including a bachelor’s degree from a top tier university in Accounting and Finance / Banking / Economics, or any other related field with a strong quantitative focus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English.</li><li>Advanced knowledge in MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong numerical / analytical ability and a sound grasp of financial accounting.</li><li>Strong team participation, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and project management skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn, proactivity and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas and work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business, and practice development.</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).</li></ul>Ideally, you’ll also have <ul><li>An MBA or a master’s degree in accounting / finance / Auditing, or any other related field with strong business and quantitative focus.</li><li>Knowledge of IFRS and Greek GAAP.</li><li>An active CPA/ACCA/ACA/CFA certification (or in a final stage of completion).</li><li>Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.</li></ul>What’s in it for You?
