This frontline role is critical to delivering a seamless guest experience through accurate billing, secure cash handling, and system efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong working knowledge of MICROS POS and exhibit a high level of integrity in all financial transactions.Key Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using MICROS POS system, including cash, credit card, voucher, and room charge payments.</li><li>Ensure adequate cash float is maintained at the cashier station; count, balance, and reconcile end-of-day transactions.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date and accurate cashiering documentation, including daily transaction summaries and reconciliation reports.</li><li>Promptly report any discrepancies, overages, or shortages to the Restaurant Manager and Finance Department.</li><li>Coordinate with the Finance team for daily deposit of collections and handover of financial documentation.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all cashiering equipment, including POS terminal and card readers.</li><li>Assist guests with inquiries related to billing and payment in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Comply with all cashiering policies, internal control procedures, and audit standards.</li><li>Support service team during high-volume periods, including guest seating and basic order-taking when required.</li><li>Perform ad hoc cashiering and administrative duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Finance team.</li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>High School Certificate or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Accounting, or Business preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of cashiering experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment.</li><li>Proficient in using MICROS POS or similar Point-of-Sale systems.</li><li>Strong numerical and reconciliation skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations.</li><li>High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial transactions.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a world-class luxury resort.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within One&amp;Only Resorts.</li><li>Continuous training and professional development.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Private health insurance.</li><li>Exclusive discounts at partner businesses.</li></ul>
