Reporting to Market Demand Planning Manager, the Market Demand Planner is responsible for the Demand Planning&nbsp;process.WHAT YOU WILL DO:•Co-creates the long-range plan and annual BP from channel perspective, aligning the channel vision based on relevant customer, shopper insights and local channel understanding•Contributes to the identification of long-term country big bets and translates marketing activity calendar into specific channel actions, having channel activity calendar as an output•Manages disciplined execution of channels’ calendar by ensuring alignment with sales calendars•Partners with all marketing teams to explore regional specific opportunities and plans and integrate in the annual channel activity calendar and DME master plan for the country•Owns risk assessment and designs contingency planning for related channel programs by ensuring zero business impact•Defines 360 look of success channel KBIS and responsibility for results delivery•Tracks performance of channel programs and proposes on going corrective actions if needed•Identifies opportunities in existing channel execution for reducing costs and wastage•Demand planning reporting, forecast accuracy root cause analysis, product aging tracking and controlARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?•I&nbsp;have strong communication and interpersonal skills•I have&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in program/project management•I am results oriented•I have strong project management skills and problem-solving skills•I have customer-centric mindset•University degree, preferably in areas of Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields•At least 2 years of experience in Commercial, Logistics, Planning departments•Proficient with ERP systems•Very good computer &amp; MS Office skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access; VBA knowledge will be considered&nbsp;&nbsp;as an asset•Advanced English language&nbsp;skillsOUR&nbsp;DE&amp;I STATEMENT/COMMITMENT:Our goal is to create the right environment in which all our employees will feel that they belong to a big family and will have the opportunity to be inspired and develop continuously. Market Demand Planner (Temporary Contract)

What we are looking for:<ul><li>Recognised teaching qualification with a specialism or strong background in music</li><li>Excellent teaching skills.</li><li>Strong musicianship, including confidence leading singing and performances.</li><li>A commitment to safeguarding children.</li><li>Knowledge of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) is an advantage</li><li>Ability to teach Music across all Key Stages in the Junior School</li><li>Competence in the Piano.</li><li>Experience in leading school performances (advantage).</li><li>Experience of being part of a highly successful department and school.</li><li>Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills</li><li>Ability to use ICT to facilitate learning and for effective management and administration.</li><li>Resilience and optimism; someone who is willing to go the extra mile in the busy life of the school.</li><li></li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and Learning<ul><li>Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality music lessons across the Junior School, aligned with the English National Curriculum, IPC and school policies.</li><li>Ensure clear progression in musical skills, knowledge, and understanding across year groups.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote active music-making through singing, performing, composing, listening, and appraising.</li><li>Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including EAL learners and those with additional learning needs.</li><li>Use formative and summative assessment to monitor progress, inform planning, and support pupil development. Coordination and Leadership of Junior School Music</li><li>Coordinate the Junior School music programme to ensure consistency, progression, and high standards across the phase.</li><li>Lead the planning and delivery of Junior School concerts, performances, productions, and musical contributions to assemblies and school events.</li><li>Establish, promote, and oversee age-appropriate music clubs, choirs, orchestra and ensembles.</li><li>Collaborate with EYFS and Senior School music teachers</li><li>Support and liaise with visiting or peripatetic music teachers to enhance instrumental and enrichment provision. </li></ul>Enrichment, Inclusion, and Performance<ul><li>Promote inclusive participation in music, ensuring opportunities are accessible to pupils of all abilities and backgrounds.</li><li>Encourage confidence, teamwork, creativity, and self-expression through musical activities.</li><li>Identify and nurture musical potential while maintaining a broad and balanced approach to participation. </li></ul>Curriculum Development and Resources<ul><li>Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Junior School music curriculum.</li><li>Select, manage, and maintain musical instruments, resources, and equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>Use music technology appropriately to enhance teaching, learning, and performance. </li></ul>Professional Responsibilities<ul><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to support cross-curricular learning and whole-school initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding pupils’ musical progress, performances, and enrichment opportunities.</li><li>Participate fully in school life, including meetings, events, supervision duties, and professional development.</li><li>Engage in reflective practice and professional learning to maintain high standards of teaching and leadership. </li></ul>Safeguarding and Conduct<ul><li>Uphold the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures at all times.</li><li>Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct in line with school expectations and international best practice.
