We are looking for a skilled Marine Automation Electrical Engineer to join our Technical Department. The role focuses on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation and electrical systems onboard vessels and in shipyard projects. You will work with advanced PLCs, SCADA/HMI systems, sensors, and actuators while ensuring compliance with marine safety standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, commission, and maintain marine automation and electrical systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot PLC-based control systems, sensors, and actuators.</li><li>Support system upgrades, retrofits, and vessel modernization projects.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation and service reports.</li><li>Provide on-site and remote support to clients worldwide.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Electrical, Automation, Marine, or related Engineering field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in marine automation or control systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA/HMI systems, and marine electrical circuits.</li><li>Knowledge of marine classification standards (DNV, ABS, Lloyd’s Register).</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work onboard vessels.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with vessel power management and propulsion control systems.</li><li>Prior service engineer experience onboard ships.</li><li>Knowledge of hybrid or marine energy systems.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A stable and positive working environment within a well-established company.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits (performance bonus, private health insurance, etc.).</li><li>Training and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Team-building activities and gym membership.</li><li>A company culture that values teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Please send your CV and cover letter to: career@cmagreece.com
