Job’s PurposeAs a Transportation Shift Coordinator, you will be member of the Transportation Division and you will actively participate and coordinate a large range of transportation operations. The role requires the ability to manage a various team of drivers and cooperates effectively with the stakeholders.A small idea of your daily tasks<ul><li>Ensures, monitors, and checks the availability of the appropriate resources (vehicles, drivers, etc.),</li><li>Coordinates the day-to-day activities/mechanisms regarding the daily delivery processes and the invoicing procedures.</li><li>Manages the routing program in daily basis.</li><li>Responsible for the distribution optimization of orders.</li><li>Conducts regular audits on the delivery processes and equipment.</li><li>Monitors regularly &amp; ad hoc the differences between initial routing plan and final delivery route of orders.</li><li>Participates in the selection, training and manages the performance evaluation of a team of drivers.&nbsp;</li></ul>What you have<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or relevant field.
