Store Demand Planning Specialist is a member of the Store Forecasting &amp; Replenishment team, who is at the origin of the store planning process and the cornerstone of the logistic optimization.We are looking for talented person with both relationship and data analysis skills, who is willing to take challenges in the fast-moving food retail business sector.&nbsp;What you will focus on<ul><li>Evaluates, reviews and releases/changes order proposals produced by the system (SAP F&amp;R) for the allocated stores, considering available stock, discrepancies, events, trends and daily logistical information in order to secure optimal inventory levels, to increase availability/sales</li><li>Coordinates with Operations and Buying departments to create manual orders for the allocated stores</li><li>Interprets system exceptions, proposes, and implements a fit solution depending on the situation</li><li>Configures Demand Influencing Factors (DIFs) related to calendar events and promotions in the system for the allocated stores</li><li>Communicates and coordinates with the allocated stores on daily basis to provide store support for replenishment</li><li>Produces and shares relevant reports in order to ensure transparency of all relevant to F&amp;R KPIs and SAP F&amp;R functioning (for the allocated stores)</li></ul>&nbsp;Who we are looking for<ul><li>BSc in Mathematics/Statistics, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration or any relevant field.&nbsp; MSc would be considered an asset</li><li>Working experience up to 2 years in retail store operations, supply chain, logistics and/or demand planning</li><li>Excellent command of MS Office applications. Faculty &amp; Staff Development<ul><li>Participate in faculty recruitment and retention strategies, including candidate evaluation, interviews, and hiring decisions.</li><li>In collaboration with the Principal, Dean of Academics and PD team develop and implement professional growth initiatives, coaching, and mentorship programs for faculty.</li><li>Supervise and evaluate faculty performance, including substitute teachers and interns.</li><li>Assist in creating the master schedule for instructional assignments.</li><li>Lead faculty development workshops to promote data-driven instruction, innovation, and digital integration.</li></ul>3. Curriculum Innovation &amp; Academic Program Development<ul><li>Oversee curriculum development, ensuring rigorous academic standards and alignment with global best practices.</li><li>In collaboration with the High School Principal monitor new course proposal processes and strategic expansion of academic offerings.</li><li>Ensure cross-disciplinary collaboration to foster interdisciplinary learning experiences.</li><li>Collaborates with the MAP Coordinator to schedule and implement MAP testing and data-driven academic interventions.</li><li>Supervise and enhance extracurricular and co-curricular programs that promote holistic student development.</li></ul>4. Student Support &amp; Well-being<ul><li>Provide strategic oversight of student support services, ensuring alignment with restorative justice and well-being initiatives.</li><li>Lead the implementation of the High School Student Conduct Model, overseeing attendance, behavioral interventions, and mediation processes.</li><li>Work closely with faculty, counselors, and the Child Study Team to develop personalized student interventions.</li><li>Lead the development of programs that foster character development, student leadership, and responsible citizenship.</li></ul>5. Community Engagement &amp; Public Relations<ul><li>Serve as a liaison between the school and the broader community, including parents, external organizations, and educational stakeholders.</li><li>Lead parent engagement initiatives, including presentations, informational sessions, and special events.</li><li>Develop communication strategies that enhance school-community collaboration.</li></ul>6. Resource &amp; Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee campus safety measures, including emergency preparedness, security protocols, and crisis management.</li><li>Direct faculty in coordinating field trips and off-campus educational experiences, ensuring alignment with citizenship and academic models.</li><li>Lead the logistics and supervision of faculty and student schedules, ensuring smooth daily operations.</li></ul>7. Professional Growth &amp; Leadership Development<ul><li>Participate in executive-level professional development, contributing to school-wide leadership strategies.</li><li>Engage in professional organizations and conferences to remain at the forefront of educational leadership trends.</li><li>Lead cross-divisional initiatives that strengthen collaboration across the school.</li></ul>8.
