The VAS Assurance Associate Engineer is responsible for providing 1st level support and troubleshooting for Value-Added Services (VAS) within the mobile domain, as well as for the Prepay platform. This role focuses on resolving technical and commercial trouble tickets while maintaining an in-depth understanding of the services delivered to Vodafone customers.&nbsp;The successful candidate will proactively escalate and manage issues that may impact service performance, ensuring their availability, stability, and quality.
