Ayvens Credit Risk Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) reports directly to the Credit Risk Manager. He/She is responsible for analyzing credit data and financial statements to evaluate the risks associated with the counterparty’s creditworthiness. He/She uses a variety of analytical techniques to evaluate the risks associated with lending to consumers and to evaluate business risks.&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;He/she is the direct contact with relationship managers (sales team), which is also a part of the 1st line of defense, to complete the first rating checks and explain the different credit decisions so that the relationship managers are better prepared for challenging conversations with clients, if needed.Being a part of the first line of defense implies that he/she is actively responsible for the risk assessment and credit decision of clients within the attributed delegation.He/She is responsible for the evaluation of financial data, such as balance sheets and income statements to determine the level of default risk, including the calculation of financial ratios, interpreting results from automated decision-making and the preparation of a report to register the required audit trail. For credit review, the Credit Risk Administrator is responsible for regular rating / scoring update.&nbsp;Skills Requirements<ul><li>Relevant University degree (Bachelor/Masters level) e.g. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.</li><li>1 year experience in a relevant position.</li><li>Regularly communicate information that is timely, relevant, and tailored to each audience. This includes being transparent about both positive and negative developments.</li><li>Ability to manage diverse work and overlapping priorities.</li><li>An open mind-set and willingness to learn.</li><li>Very good analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.</li><li>Team player.</li></ul>

Credit Risk Administrator

The HR Project Manager for Supply Chain is responsible for running the HR agenda and the respective transformation projects, focusing on Unilever’s Supply Entities across Greece, including Supply Chain of Rentis (Factory &amp; Distribution Center) and Schimatari DC to ensure HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals in the areas of business. Key Responsibilities: • Leads, implements and coordinates the HR transformation agenda for Supply Chain (SC) projects, according to SC Global directions and local specificities. • Supports leaders and teams in business delivery by enhancing their capability to bring Strategy into Action components, manage their people, implement changes and build relations with key stakeholders.  • Brings HR insight (including Employee and Industrial Relations) to bear on all people-related issues (people, capabilities, organization, leadership, and culture).• Manage relations with the unions. • Supervises overheads budget. • Act as an advisor to support the Line Managers with recruitment needs for population in scope. • Ad hoc: Provides support in the use of the global talent management tools, is alert for the career development plans for the people, validates salary &amp; benefits review, handles complex employee cases, proposes learning solutions. Required Qualifications: • More than 3 years of working experience in a similar role. • Excellent knowledge of English (written &amp; spoken - Level C2) • Excellent knowledge on PC based software (Microsoft Office Suite) and digital tools • Mandatory to have Greek nationality &amp; be fluent in Greek so as to understand thoroughly local labor agenda.Preferred Qualifications:• Strong Supply Chain &amp; HR experience• Coaching and advisory skills• Unions relations management experience
