Ο Coffee Trainer της IL TOTO είναι υπεύθυνος για την εκπαίδευση και την ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων του προσωπικού της εταιρείας. Συντονίζει και υλοποιεί εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα, ελέγχει την ποιότητα των προϊόντων και των διαδικασιών και διασφαλίζει την τήρηση των προτύπων στα καταστήματα.Καθήκοντα:<ul><li>Εκπαίδευση Προσωπικού:&nbsp;Παρέχει εκπαιδεύσεις και επανεκπαιδεύσεις στο Academy της εταιρείας και στα καταστήματα.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση Ποιότητας:&nbsp;Διασφαλίζει την άριστη ποιότητα των προϊόντων, την εξυπηρέτηση και τη συμμόρφωση στις διαδικασίες.</li><li>Νέα Καταστήματα:&nbsp;Αναλαμβάνει το στήσιμο και την εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού σε νέα καταστήματα.</li><li>Υποστήριξη Προσωπικού:&nbsp;Επιδιορθώνει τεχνικά θέματα και παρακολουθεί την εφαρμογή νέων διαδικασιών.</li><li>Τοπική Προβολή:&nbsp;Υποστηρίζει και αξιολογεί ενέργειες τοπικού marketing.</li><li>Αξιολόγηση Ενεργειών:&nbsp;Συγκεντρώνει δεδομένα και παρακολουθεί την αποτελεσματικότητα των ενεργειών.</li></ul>Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πιστοποίηση SCA ή παρακολούθηση εγκεκριμένων σεμιναρίων barista.</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία 2-4 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, κατά προτίμηση στον χώρο της εστίασης.</li><li>Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.</li><li>Καλή γνώση MS Office και δυνατότητα ταξιδιών.</li><li>Ικανότητα εκπαίδευσης και μετάδοσης γνώσης.</li></ul>Παροχές:<ul><li>Εταιρικό αυτοκίνητο και εξοπλισμός (tablet, κινητό τηλέφωνο).</li><li>Συνεχής εκπαίδευση και ευκαιρίες εξέλιξης.</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε ένα περιβάλλον με πάθος για την ποιότητα του καφέ.</li></ul>
