Μηχανικός Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης & Εγγυήσεων

As a&nbsp;Technical Maturity Associate, you will report to the Maturity Team Leader and be part of ARES’s Asset Management Division, working on the Technical Maturity process for Real Estate portfolios serviced by Alpha Real Estate Services.&nbsp;In this role, you will apply your expertise as an experienced Engineer (Civil/Architect/Surveyor) to support the Legalization of Properties in accordance with Laws 3843/10, 4178/13 &amp; 4495/17, ensuring compliance and timely project execution. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Familiarity with Property Legalization processes, Cadastral Registration, and Forestry Planning will be essential for effectively managing the technical maturity of real estate portfolios.&nbsp;&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the legalization process for properties, coordinating with external engineers and reviewing relevant drawings/documents</li><li>Manage the issuance and monitoring of construction permits, ensuring efficient coordination with external partners</li><li>Deliver technical consultancy services related to property management projects (technical consultancy, lender’s technical advisory, independent certifier, etc.)</li><li>Develop and implement policies, procedures, and working instructions for external channels based on specific project requirements</li><li>Prepare and submit detailed reports on the technical maturity of RE portfolios</li><li>Communicate and present project data to clients, internal stakeholders, and internal Committees</li><li>Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Rural Surveying Engineering or any related discipline</li><li>At least three (3) years of relevant work experience</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design tools (AutoCAD, etc.)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities</li><li>A continuous improvement mindset with solid change management skills</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people. Technical Maturity Specialist (Alpha Real Estate Services)

In this role you will execute service work with low to medium complexity in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, acting as the technical point of contact while delivering quality and satisfying customer service.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance and on-site or remote technical support.&nbsp;The position involves travelling within Greece &amp; occasionally international travel, as you will have the opportunity to provide hands-on assistance at customer sites.You will mainly be accountable for:<ul><li>Performing service tasks such as installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.)</li><li>Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines</li><li>Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs and providing specialist assistance and solutions</li><li>Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews</li><li>Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future</li><li>Identifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment and methods &nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications for the role:<ul><li>Electrical Engineering educational background (with License to practice)</li><li>Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in relative industry</li><li>Hands-on experience in servicing, maintenance, commissioning and repairing of frequency drives, UPS, solar inverters will be an asset</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Office &amp; Outlook. Knowledge of SAP &amp; Salesforce, will be a plus</li><li>Driver’s license.
