The Director of Wellness will lead the development and activation of a world‑class holistic ecosystem, integrating innovation, tradition, and personalized experiences. The role will shape a distinctive philosophy of wellbeing, supporting guests throughout their entire journey—pre‑arrival, in‑stay, and post‑departure.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Wellness is expected to:<ul><li>Design and implement a holistic wellness strategy aligned with the hotels’ brand positioning and global best practices.</li><li>Introduce and manage advanced wellness and recovery technologies, ensuring they are guest‑centric and results‑driven.</li><li>Evaluate emerging wellness innovations and seamlessly incorporate them into the guest experience.</li><li>Maintain the high standards of treatment experiences, service and attention to detail within the spa</li><li>Build, inspire, and lead a high‑performing wellness team across spa, beauty, fitness, and wellness services.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop, manage, and deliver the Spa and Wellness business plan, including the annual budget and forecasting as well as performance reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the Hotel Marketing and PR team to develop and execute strategic Spa marketing and PR initiatives</li></ul>&nbsp;Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Wellness, Health Sciences, or a related discipline; professional Spa and/or Wellness certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury spa, wellness, or destination wellness operations in an international or multi‑property environment.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is desirable.</li></ul>

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in our Tennis Academies Competitive Program.&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;Conduct Tennis Lessons:<ul><li>Plan and deliver engaging tennis lessons tailored to the age and skill level of members.</li><li>Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their technique, footwork, and overall game.</li></ul>&nbsp;Develop Training Programs:<ul><li>Collaborate with the coaching team to design and implement comprehensive training programs for athletes participating in the academy's development and high-performance programs.</li><li>Monitor the progress of students and adjust training plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.</li></ul>&nbsp;Promote Sportsmanship and Character Development:<ul><li>Instill values of sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork among students, emphasizing the importance of fair play and positive attitudes on and off the court.</li><li>Serve as a mentor and role model for students, fostering their personal growth and character development through the sport of tennis.</li></ul>&nbsp;Assist with Academy Operations:<ul><li>Assist with organizing and coordinating tennis events, tournaments, and competitions hosted by the academy.</li><li>Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of tennis facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all players.</li><li>Active involvement in the tennis academies programs.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Physical Education (subject: tennis) or other certified tennis coaching degree.</li><li>Previous experience as a tennis instructor or coach, preferably in a school or academy setting.</li><li>Exellent command of the English language, both written and oral.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and rules and high level of playing tennis.</li><li>Passion for working with children and young athletes, with a commitment to their holistic development.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and professional reliability.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>&nbsp;Insurance:The selected candidate must be capable of operating as a freelancer&nbsp;and issuing service provision invoices.
