Bally’s Intralot is looking for a Presales &amp; Bidding Specialist within our Presales &amp; Bidding team. Your role will be to craft high quality, compelling and compliant bid responses that clearly present our Company’s value proposition. You will transform complex technical and business information into structured, persuasive proposals that effectively align with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Involved in the bid preparation process for selected accounts, ensuring responses are well-structured, accurate, and aligned with customer specifications.</li><li>Develop persuasive content for RFPs/ RFIs ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company’s value proposition with the goal of securing winning bids.</li><li>Support bid managers in coordinating contributions from a variety of functions and teams including sales/account management, marketing, product management, finance, legal and technical teams, as well as subcontractors and other 3rd parties</li><li>Maintain and enhance the proposal content library, by re-writing/ editing proposal responses, re-working on existing content or writing additional content to address new customer needs etc.</li><li>Develop and maintain domain expertise in relevant industry-related fields (i.e. gaming platforms, player account management, infrastructure and telecoms, implementation services, operational services).</li></ul>&nbsp;Job requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>1-3 years of experience in bid writing, proposal development, or technical writing within a presales or bidding environment.</li><li>Familiarity with public procurement processes and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Understanding of hardware &amp; software procurement, system architectures, and IT solutions.</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to structure complex information into clear, persuasive proposals.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Fluency in Greek &amp; English, both written and spoken.&nbsp;Why Join Us:💸 A competitive compensation package combined with additional benefits.💻 Hybrid working model.🏥 Private Insurance for you and your family.🏢 Modern facilities, parking inside, enticing restaurant and corporate bus.📚 An extensive training program upon induction and throughout employment.🚀 Exceptional opportunities to learn and develop in a multinational environment.🌎 Prospects for professional growth both locally and globally.</li></ul>
