As a IT Business Analyst (Systems Requirement Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in KRIONERI-ATHENS . Together, we will work on the Optimus project to bring the debit card functionality into production on our new issuing system, Powercard, and to complete the analysis of the credit and prepaid card functionality according to the project plan, in order to achieve the strategic business objectives of Powercard. Additionally, we &nbsp;will support Powercard &nbsp;BAU activities for live PWC customers. About Your Future Role In this position, you will:<ul><li>Conducting business processes analysis, review and mapping of both As-Is &amp; To-Be, and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems</li><li>Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT organization, and manages changes to such requirements</li><li>Facilitating sessions with various stakeholders to gather information in order to identify and understand business needs</li><li>Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis&nbsp;</li><li>Developing and document requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language&nbsp;</li><li>Participating in review of technical and other project documentation</li><li>Understanding software development lifecycle</li><li>Providing progress reports to the BA Manager or Lead BA.</li><li>Planning and working flexibly to deadlines</li><li>Working closely with technical, business, project managers and test analysts</li></ul>What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
