HERACLES Group, Greece's leading company in the field of building materials and a member of Holcim, is seeking to cover the position of Trainee Lawyer for our Headquarters at Lykovrysi. Duties &amp; Responsibilities● &nbsp; &nbsp;Supporting the Legal Department in the daily legal operations of the Group and its affiliated companies ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Assisting in the drafting, review, and management of commercial agreements, corporate documents, and legal correspondence&nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Conducting legal research on commercial, civil, and corporate law matters&nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitoring legal documentation and maintaining organized legal records and databases&nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Assisting with compliance, regulatory, and administrative procedures related to the company’s business activities&nbsp; Qualifications &amp; Skills● &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Law. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent command of the English language&nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word)&nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work and adapt in a corporate environment&nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong organizational and communication skills&nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Willingness to learn and strong team spirit&nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Preference will be given to candidates with at least 12 months remaining to complete their legal traineeship period The company offers: ● &nbsp; &nbsp;A unique opportunity to work for a leading company in the cement industry. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Continuous training and growth opportunities.
