Tesla is seeking a Process Technician to join our ceramic material team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for pilot- and semi-pilot-scale material handling, synthesis, and testing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to identify anomalies during experiments, adaptability in modifying test plans as needed. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to develop cutting-edge technologies that support sustainable transportation, energy storage, and generation.&nbsp;Τι θα κάνετε<ul><li>Perform material handling and operate materials synthesis equipment such as shear mixers, ball mills, muffle furnaces, and tube furnaces&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Perform wet chemistry techniques including agitation, filtration, and solvent evaporation&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct ceramic fabrication processes: slurry mixing, thermal processing&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Operate ceramic material testing equipment for routine performance evaluation&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and report anomalies in samples, processes, or test results to engineers&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain lab equipment and supplies, ensuring a clean and organized work environment&nbsp;</li></ul>Τι θα έχετε μαζί σας<ul><li>Hands-on experience with ceramic material synthesis&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with handling fine powders and maintaining sample integrity&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of the physics and chemistry relevant to ceramic materials&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working in glove box environments&nbsp;</li><li>Ideally hold a high school dipmloma, or equivalent in related industry</li></ul>

Engineering / Lab Technician - Ceramic Material Development

TITAN Greece&nbsp;has an excellent opportunity for a&nbsp;Health &amp; Safety Engineer&nbsp;for our&nbsp;Plant in Kamari, Greece. The position reports to the Health and Safety Manager of the Kamari Plant.The primary scope of this role is to promote and monitor all issues related to occupational health and safety for Titan’s Kamari Plant in accordance with corporate policies and legislation to meet company’s business requirements.Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate health and safety risks through risk assessments, preventive measures, and the analysis of incidents and near misses, ensuring continuous improvement of safety practices</li><li>Implement, and monitor Health &amp; Safety plans, programs, and policies, ensuring full compliance with Greek legislation and company standards.</li><li>Organize and conduct plant inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment</li><li>Maintain and continuously improve the Health &amp; Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 requirements</li><li>Deliver Health &amp; Safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, promoting a strong safety culture</li><li>Monitor H&amp;S performance through KPIs, corrective actions, and improvement plans, maintaining accurate records and preparing periodic reports for management review</li><li>Coordinate and oversee Health &amp; Safety compliance of contractors, subcontractors, and third parties on site, supporting internal and external audits and liaising with regulatory authorities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical &amp; Minning engineering</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in Health &amp; Safety, or in production/maintenance roles within an industrial environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of occupational Health &amp; Safety legislation, risk analysis, accident prevention, and mitigation measures</li><li>Experience in preparing H&amp;S reports, procedures, and policies is desirable</li><li>Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Role requires the ability to meet physical job requirements</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications</li><li>Military service fulfilled (where applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Pension plan</li><li>Annual checkup</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Prepaid cards for supermarket</li><li>Learning and Development opportunities</li><li>Internships and summer schools for employee children</li><li>Wellness programs and special offers</li></ul>
