The most important goal of the Counter Manager is to motivate and inspire the entire team to achieve the store productivity goals! The role’s most fascinating part is described below:&nbsp;<ul><li>Assumes overall responsibility of the counter.</li><li>Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including a passion for beauty and self-expression, driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, inventory control and follow up with customers.</li><li>Ensure company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times. Enforces all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.</li><li>Plans, coordinates, and executes all merchandising direction, campaigns, and sales promotions.</li><li>Prioritizes, plans, and adjusts schedules as necessary to maximize sales: is responsible for the staff planning.</li><li>Hires to the needs of the business, actively helping the Area Sales Manager to recruit to ensure open positions are filled quickly.</li><li>Coaches team in the moment, providing consistent and constructive feedback. NYX PM Counter Manager

Intellectica is recruiting a detail-oriented Kitchen Designer on behalf of its client, a well-established and rapidly growing organization active in the import, development, and distribution of professional and household equipment solutions for the HORECA and wider professional market. Based in Athens, Greece, the role reports directly to the Commercial Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing fully functional professional kitchens, ensuring optimal workflows, accurate equipment specification, and seamless collaboration with internal teams and installation technicians, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of delivered projects.&nbsp;Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Supporting the initial discovery phase with clients by gathering requirements, analyzing menu types, cuisine concepts, and production needs to define the strategic design approach</li><li>Developing comprehensive kitchen layouts, from conceptual drafts to detailed technical drawings, ensuring alignment with workflow efficiency, space utilization, and operational best practices</li><li>Presenting design proposals to clients, explaining workflow logic, equipment choices, and zoning decisions, and helping guide them toward optimal, cost‑effective solutions</li><li>Producing accurate, professional‑grade 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, including zoning plans, layout schematics, equipment placement maps, and integration of specialized kitchen systems</li><li>Preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Plumbing) documentation, delivering clear and actionable technical guidance to ensure seamless coordination with engineering and installation teams</li><li>Working closely with the production department to validate technical feasibility, ensure precise execution of custom stainless‑steel components, and maintain consistency between design intent and final deliverables</li><li>Collaborating with the designer to ensure full alignment across benching systems, machinery, and supplementary technical documentation</li><li>Partnering with installation technicians, conducting regular on‑site visits, assessing real project conditions, and troubleshooting design‑related challenges as installations progress</li><li>Ensuring that all designs comply with hygiene and safety standards, industry regulations, and project deadlines</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Drafting, Industrial Design, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience of commercial kitchen design, food service equipment, or similar technical environments</li><li>Excellent command of AutoCAD 2D &amp; 3D, with the ability to produce accurate technical plans</li><li>Solid understanding of operational workflows in professional kitchens (preparation, cooking, storage, washing, receiving)</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills</li><li>Willingness to conduct site visits as part of project execution</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;Core competencies of a successful candidate:&nbsp;<ul><li>Precision &amp; attention to detail</li><li>Adaptability to technical requirements</li><li>Structured, organized approach</li><li>Efficient task management to meet deadlines</li><li>Clear communication and effective teamwork</li></ul>

Kitchen Designer

The job holder will be responsible for designing Security and Connectivity solutions such as Next Generation Firewall, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN, aligning them with customers’ requirements. Additionally, they will describe and present these solutions' design and deployment plans. Will work closely with a wide network of partners, manage key accounts and vendors, and propose solutions.• &nbsp; &nbsp;Design and propose state-of-the-art solutions for Security, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN that best address customer needs. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform customer visits, lead the technical discussion, prepare the solution design and technical presentations, in collaboration with other technical teams, and direct feedback from the customer. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and coordinate Vodafone’s sub-contractors to bring the appropriate technical solution on time. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participation and ownership of Customer’s RFPs. • &nbsp; &nbsp;It is important to keep up with the latest Security and Connectivity technology trends to be able to introduce and train internally about new products or solutions accordingly.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;The candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in business customer engineering, Security, or Connectivity Presales. Additionally, should have a university degree in IT or Telecom and more than one certification on the following Vendors Cisco or Huawei (CCNP level preferred), Fortinet (Professional or higher), Vmware (VMware SD-WAN Foundations), Checkpoint (CCSA or higher), HPE Aruba certifications or any other relevant certification.
