Your role as a Technology Business Analysis Professional will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. During your tenure as a Technology Business Analysis Professional, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:<ul><li>Engage with stakeholders to define requirements through workshops and meetings. A Master's degree in Business Administration or IT is a plus;</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in business analysis within Technology Projects preferably in Financial Services (Banking/Insurance), Energy, or Telecommunications;</li><li>Strong understanding of business process design, application, and systems (CRM, ERP, RPA, BPM);</li><li>Familiarity with Business Analysis methods and techniques (Design Thinking, UML, BPMN);</li><li>Experience with workflow, low - code tools, and bug tracking/test management tools is a plus;</li><li>Strong problem - solving, analytical, and organizational skills;</li><li>Experience in Project Management or Project Management Office (PMO) is an advantage. D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Product Configuration Expert (PCE) will play a pivotal role in delivering D365 solutions that streamline the company sales and customer management processes. PCE will be responsible for providing expert-level configuration services, helping to leverage D365 CE solutions to optimize the business processes.
