PAPADOPOULOS S.A.&nbsp; is seeking to employ a talented, driven &amp; committed:Payroll &amp; Benefits Specialist to join the HR&nbsp;team in AthensHow you will contribute:<ul><li>Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.</li><li>Ensure correct calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.</li><li>Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports.</li><li>Prepare and update employment contracts, amendments and related documentation.</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, allowances, pension plans, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>Liaise with external payroll providers, insurance companies, and relevant authorities.</li><li>Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.</li><li>Maintain and update employee data in payroll systems.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and employment documentation.</li><li>Monitor changes in Greek labor and payroll legislation and ensure proper implementation.</li><li>Support HR Plant Managers with payroll processes and related inquiries.</li><li>Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compensation analysis.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you will bring :<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree&nbsp;in Finance/HR/&nbsp;Business Administration or other relevant field</li><li>Postgraduate studies in HR&nbsp;or Business Administration will be considered as a plus</li><li>3 -5 years' working experience in payroll and HR Services</li><li>Experience with Scan HRMS&nbsp;</li><li>Proven knowledge of labor and social security legislation</li><li>Extensive knowledge of “ERGANI” Information System</li><li>Strong organization and detail orientation skills</li><li>Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications</li><li>Team player with strong collaboration skills</li><li>Effective communication and rapport building skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in cross functional context</li><li>High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity</li></ul>

Payroll & Benefits Specialist

The HR &amp; Payroll Administrator, is a key member of the HR team, focusing on the smooth day-to-day payroll and HR processes and procedures. The role’s main goal is to ensure that payroll data is collected accurately and that all hr administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The HR &amp; Payroll Administrator works closely with the Plant HR Manager and supports various HR activities like onboarding new colleagues, managing employees’ quires and supports plant’s management team on all hr related issues.&nbsp;How you will contribute:<ul><li>Monthly payroll data collection and registration in Epsilon SCAN-HRMS software</li><li>Cooperation with the Payroll Manager for the accurate monthly payroll calculation</li><li>Ergani procedures in case of new hires, leavers, ending contracts, salary, overtime declaration and upload the weekly shifting and its changes and maintain monthly payroll / &nbsp;HR reporting needs</li><li>Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations</li><li>Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee onboarding, administering benefits, monitoring leaves, creating employee contracts, support on organizing annual staff events</li><li>Support the Plant HR Manager on recruitment administrations tasks (cv screening, interview scheduling etc)</li><li>Monitors efficiently all Health &amp; Safety procedures and training for plant’s employees</li><li>Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding payroll and hr issues</li></ul>&nbsp;What you will bring:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role</li><li>Knowledge of payroll processing software (preferably Epsilon SCAN-HRMS)</li><li>Proficient user of Ergani System</li><li>Good knowledge of labor and insurance legislation</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping</li><li>Critical thinking and problem solving and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life and medical insurance</li><li>Excellent career opportunities and learning development</li><li>Modern and friendly working environment</li><li>Working in a dynamic and fast-growing organization</li></ul>&nbsp;
