We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Assistant for the Travelling Department to join our team.Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Negotiate and manage contracts with the required travel-related services (e.g. travel agencies, airlines, hotels and transfers)</li><li>Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (e.g. travel documents, booking flights, itineraries&nbsp;and vouchers)</li><li>Provide support before and during the trip, according to existing needs</li><li>Address any operational issue or last-minute changes efficiently and maintain accurate and up-to-date the agenda of travel arrangements and transactions</li><li>Contact with travel agencies in order to collect invoices and prepare the monthly expense report</li><li>Ensure all travel activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements and health &amp; safety standards</li></ul>Job qualifications and requirements:<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, a corporate travel management or administrative position constitutes an advantage</li><li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills</li><li>Proficiency in English (both oral and written)</li><li>Excellent command of MS-Office Suite</li><li>Bachelor's degree is desirable but not mandatory</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP and online booking platforms will be considered an asset</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li></ul>The Company offers:<ul><li>A competitive compensation package</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth</li><li>A positive and collaborative working environment</li><li>Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members.</li></ul>We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!Social Impact footprint:<ul><li>We contribute to Greece's green transition!</li><li>We support Greek suppliers!</li><li>We achieve near-total recycling.
