We are seeking a highly motivated Automation, Electrical, or Pneumatic Engineer with strong expertise in the marine sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of marine systems, including control systems, automation, and pneumatic mechanisms. You will be working with a dynamic team on cutting-edge projects to ensure the smooth operation of maritime vessels and offshore equipment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation, electrical, and pneumatic systems aboard vessels and marine equipment.</li><li>Install, test, and commission new systems and equipment on marine vessels and offshore platforms.</li><li>Perform diagnostics and inspections to identify problems with existing systems and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to design and implement marine system upgrades and retrofits.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and marine classification societies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the marine industry, with a focus on troubleshooting and installation of systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of marine automation, electrical circuits, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with marine control systems, PLCs, sensors, and hydraulic/pneumatic actuators.</li><li>Familiarity with marine classification standards (e.g., DNV-GL, ABS, Lloyd’s Register) and safety regulations.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.</li><li>Willingness to travel, including work aboard vessels or offshore sites as needed.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with SCADA, HMI systems, and marine instrumentation.</li><li>Certifications in marine electrical, automation, or pneumatic systems.</li><li>Knowledge of vessel power systems and propulsion control.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Pleasant working environment.</li><li>Competitive salary &amp; benefits package (bonus, team building activities, private health insurance, training seminars, gym membership etc.).</li><li>Collaborative and inclusive work culture.</li><li>Career development and growth opportunities.</li></ul>Please forward your CV and cover letter to: career@cmagreece.com
