Η Ολυμπία Οδός Λειτουργία, η εταιρεία διαχείρισης του νέου οδικού άξονα Ελευσίνας – Κορίνθου – Πατρών – Πύργου, αναζητά υποψήφιο για την κάλυψη της θέσης "Υπεύθυνος&nbsp;Συνεργείου". Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα ενταχθεί στο Τμήμα Συντήρησης Οχημάτων και θα αναφέρεται στον Προϊστάμενο Στόλου &amp; Συντονιστή Συνήθους Συντήρησης.Περιγραφή καθηκόντων:<ul><li>Συντήρηση και διαχείριση του εταιρικού στόλου οχημάτων και των μηχανημάτων έργου, εξασφαλίζοντας την αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία των υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας.</li><li>Οργάνωση του Τμήματος οχημάτων και παραγωγή μηνιαίων καταστάσεων/reports προς τη Διοίκηση.</li><li>Δυναμική διαχείριση ομάδας, καταμερισμός εργασιών για την κάλυψη καθημερινών και έκτακτων αναγκών.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση των διαδικασιών συντήρησης και εφαρμογή των εταιρικών κανονισμών ασφάλειας και λειτουργίας.</li><li>Συνεχής ενημέρωση για τεχνολογικές εξελίξεις στο χώρο των οχημάτων και των μηχανημάτων έργου.</li></ul>Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:<ul><li>Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία στο αντικείμενο – τουλάχιστον 6 ετών.</li><li>Δίπλωμα μηχανικού αυτοκινήτου.</li><li>Επιθυμητή γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών (MS Office, Excel, Word).</li><li>Επιθυμητή η καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.</li><li>Άριστη επικοινωνία, ομαδικό πνεύμα, τεχνικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.</li></ul>Προσφέρεται:<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικός μισθός</li><li>Εταιρικό αυτοκίνητο &amp; κάλυψη εξόδων μετακίνησης</li><li>Ιδιωτική Ασφάλιση</li><li>Κάρτα Σίτισης</li></ul>

TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Safety &amp; Operations Coordinator located at RMC Metamorfosi. The position reports to the Regional RMC Manager and supports Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) operations by ensuring the effective implementation and follow-up of Health &amp; Safety requirements. The role contributes to strengthening safety performance across RMC operations and acts as a key link between the Health &amp; Safety Department and RMC operational teams, translating safety feedback, audit findings, and guidelines into practical actions applied consistently across plants, fleet, and customer sites.Responsibilities• Act as the primary interface between the Health &amp; Safety Department and RMC operations, ensuring effective communication and follow-up of safety initiatives • Receive, communicate, and support the implementation of Health &amp; Safety feedback, recommendations, and action plans across RMC units • Ensure corrective and preventive safety actions are implemented within agreed timelines across RMC operations • Monitor compliance with Company Health &amp; Safety policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements in daily operations • Support RMC plant managers, technical teams, drivers, and contructors in the practical application of safety procedures • Participate in plant inspections, site visits, and customer concreting activities to verify proper implementation of safety measures • Provide operational support to ensure safe execution of production, transport, and concreting activities • Support internal Health &amp; Safety audits in RMC plants and customer sites in coordination with the Health &amp; Safety Department • Translate audit findings into clear operational actions and monitor their implementation progress • Maintain accurate records related to inspections, safety actions, and follow-up activities through relevant reporting systems • Support the roll-out of Health &amp; Safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives across RMC operations • Reinforce safe working practices and contribute to strengthening a proactive safety culture • Identify recurring safety or operational risks and escalate improvement proposals to RMC management and the Health &amp; Safety Department • Provide operational feedback to support continuous improvement of safety practices and proceduresQualifications• Polytechnic School graduate in&nbsp;Mechanical, Electrical, Production &amp; Management, Industrial Design &amp; Production, or Materials Science Engineers• Experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, construction, industrial operations, or similar operational environments • Good understanding of Health &amp; Safety principles, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices • Ability to translate safety guidelines and audit findings into practical on-site actions • Strong communication and coordination skills with a hands-on operational approach • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) • Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with operational or safety reporting systems will be considered an asset • Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)&nbsp;What We Offer • Private health insurance • Annual medical check-up • Performance bonus scheme • Prepaid supermarket cards • Continuous Learning &amp; Development opportunities • Internships and summer school programs for employees’ children • Wellness programs and exclusive employee offers
