There is currently a job opening for “Business Lounge Customer Services Agent”&nbsp;in Athens International Airport. First impressions count, so a friendly, courteous, and efficient person is what we are looking for to meet and greet our customers. If you have a passion for making people feel welcome and take pride in providing outstanding customer experience, this role is for you.&nbsp;What you will do:<ul><li>Welcome customers upon entrance and confirm their eligibility for access</li><li>Guide customers through the product and services offered in the Lounge as well as the available areas and the seats availability</li><li>Act as the point of reference for customers who need assistance or information about their journey or travel arrangements</li><li>Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the premises and the airport to make the most suitable recommendations and/or provide precise answers to customers concerning their journey</li><li>Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions</li><li>Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products offering and our Loyalty scheme</li><li>Upsell additional services, when appropriate</li><li>Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner finding the appropriate solution</li><li>Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate customers’ needs</li><li>Liaise with our catering suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction from the buffet and offerings</li></ul>&nbsp;You fit, if you cover the following&nbsp;requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Proven experience in customer service will be considered an asset</li><li>Fluency in oral and written Greek and English</li><li>Flexible to work on shifts&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;And you have&nbsp;competence&nbsp;in:<ul><li>Communicating effectively in a structured manner</li><li>Multitasking and time-management</li><li>Resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration</li><li>Thinking in a proactive way</li><li>Following company’s rules and procedures, demonstrating commitment</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability</li></ul>&nbsp;If you pursue your career journey with AEGEAN, on top of a challenging job, we offer:<ul><li>A working environment where you feel valued and appreciated</li><li>Excellent career and development opportunities within the organization</li><li>Flight tickets</li><li>Private health insurance scheme</li></ul>&nbsp;If this looks like an interesting opportunity for you,send us your application now!
