To support the President in driving cross-company alignment we are seeking an experienced&nbsp;Personal Assistant. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the President’s daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities and enhancing overall executive efficiency.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Serving as a primary liaison for the President among internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and strong professional relationships</li><li>Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling appointments and meetings for the President while managing their calendar efficiently</li><li>Handling incoming calls, messages, and redirection as needed</li><li>Prioritizing and managing email correspondence, ensuring timely attention to important matters</li><li>Organizing daily meeting agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondence, and drafting emails</li><li>Accompanying the President to business events</li><li>Collaborating with team members to prepare the President for meetings and presentations</li><li>Performing administrative tasks, including record keeping, note-taking, documentation creation, filing, and confidential financial management</li><li>Welcoming visitors, reviewing documents, managing internal communications, and optimizing office efficiency</li><li>Assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives by following up on key action items and deadlines</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience working closely with senior executives in fast-paced, high-complexity environments</li><li>Advanced presentation development and delivery skills, with demonstrated experience creating high-impact executive presentations</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital tools</li><li>Proficiency in the MS Office Suite</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills</li><li>Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive attitude, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively</li><li>Strong organizational and planning skills, exhibiting high levels of reliability</li><li>High integrity standards, being able to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information</li><li>Proactive and solution-oriented</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills</li><li>Composed and adaptable under pressure</li></ul>
