Cloud Application Solution Architect

In addition, this role requires a systematic follow-up until the conclusion of the sale and retaining a close relation with clients to increase penetration.This is an exciting role that will support you in growing as a professional, while achieving your ambitious sales targets and KPIs.The ideal candidate for this position will deliver high quality service and provide consultancy to customers on deciding on the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage incoming clients’ requests and leads</li><li>Provide the most appropriate offer according to the customers &amp; prospects actual needs</li><li>Prepare all relative documentation in order to complete sales. This includes quotation, preparation of proposals for clients, acceptances, collection of clients’ financial documentation and client/prospect consultancy</li><li>Ensure all prospects and clients data is registered in a timely manner and with accuracy in the company's CRM system</li><li>Monitor and follow up all implementaton stages until car delivery</li></ul><ul><li>Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle all customers’ requests and resolve clients’ complaints</li></ul>Qualifications and skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in sales 3-5 years</li><li>Sales experience over the telephone would be consider as an asset</li><li>Strong listening skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills – verbal and written</li><li>PC Literacy</li><li>Must be familiar with digital technologies</li><li>Bachelor's Degree would be considered as an asset</li><li>Very Good command of Greek and English language (written &amp; oral)</li><li>Enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate about sales</li><li>Results oriented</li><li>Ability to perform well under pressure</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize</li></ul>
