Fourlis group, one of the leading Groups of companies in Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Romania in providing quality consumer goods, is currently looking to recruit:Internal Auditor&nbsp; The Position:Being a part of the Group Internal Audit team of a listed in the Athens Stock Exchange company, reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:<ul><li>Internal Audit Delivery – planning, performing and reporting of audits on a risk assessed basis using methodologies and industry practices that are in line with professional standards, making use of data analytics tools to deliver efficiencies and enhanced audit results</li><li>Recommending actions to improve internal control effectiveness and process optimization</li><li>Actively developing strong relationships with a wide range of business contacts to gain knowledge and insight into the issues affecting the company and maintaining effective partnerships with business management teams</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Competencies required:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or a related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3 years of working experience in an audit or controlling environment (internal or external audit, finance)</li><li>Knowledge of risk-based audit methodologies and practical experience in auditing techniques, including risk assessment, internal controls evaluation and different testing methodologies</li><li>Experience in audit report writing</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Willingness to learn and use audit tools (CAATs), like ACL Robotics or other GRC software&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the capability to build and maintain strong business relationships at varying levels of seniority &nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Willingness for learning and a desire to continually development and improvement</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects</li><li>Multitasking skills and accountability for own work and strict deadlines</li><li>Teamwork</li></ul> Qualifications considered as an asset:<ul><li>Postgraduate studies or other Professional Qualification, completed or in progress (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIA)</li><li>Experience in IT audit</li><li>Experience in retail</li><li>Experience in a multinational Group</li><li>Experience in data analytics tools like ACL Analytics or other GRC software and ability to design and execute data analytics tests to support business process audits</li><li>Knowledge of SAP ERP</li></ul> We offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration &amp; benefits package&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive continuous training&nbsp;</li><li>Career &amp; development prospects in Fourlis group</li></ul>
