Company’s activities extend to shipping and bunkering businesses. The main purpose of the role is to be involved in several accounting and controlling activities mainly related legal entities having the abovementioned business objectives and report into the Regional European Controller. The role shall require interaction with various departments in terms of transactions accounting treatment as per IFRS, revenue recognition, expenses classification, PnL finalization, management accounts preparation as well as explanatory commentary reports. Work closely with the shared service centres of Trafigura, provide necessary information for completion of activities as well as support when required and ensure that the activities are carried out appropriately. The position provides the opportunity to work in close proximity with several departments such as deals desk and operations. Οι υποψήφιοι θα είναι υπεύθυνοι για την επικοινωνία &amp; υποστήριξη εταιρικών πελατών της διεύθυνσης Large corporate &amp; Project finance.Κύριες αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Αντίληψη και εξακρίβωση χρηματοδοτικών αναγκών πελατών</li><li>Κατάρτιση και σχεδιασμός βέλτιστης λύσης για την κάλυψη χρηματοδοτικών αλλά και λοιπών κεφαλαιακών αναγκών στο σύνολο των κλάδων δραστηριότητας</li><li>Ανάλυση χρηματοδοτικών πλάνων έργων ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας&nbsp;</li><li>Διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίου πελατών</li><li>Παρακολούθηση και διασφάλιση της επίτευξης στόχων</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε συναντήσεις με πελάτες</li><li>Διαχείριση προβλημάτων και παραπόνων δανειοληπτών σε συνεργασία με τους αρμόδιους χώρους</li><li>Διαπραγμάτευση με τους δανειολήπτες και συντονισμός λοιπών μερών</li><li>Ανάλυση οικονομικών και λοιπών δεδομένων με σκοπό την κατάρτιση εισήγησης προς τα αρμόδια εγκριτικά κλιμάκια</li><li>Εκπαίδευση και ενσωμάτωση νέων στελεχών στη διαδικασία και λειτουργία του τμήματος</li><li>Προσέλκυση νέας πελατείας.</li></ul>Απαιτούμενες δεξιότητες<ul><li>Πτυχίο ανώτατου εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος οικονομικής/χρηματοοικονομικής κατεύθυνσης</li><li>Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών οικονομικής/χρηματοοικονομικής κατεύθυνσης θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν</li><li>Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 4 ετών στην εξυπηρέτηση μεγάλων ομίλων και διαχείριση σχέσεων άνω των €50 εκατ.</li><li>Άριστη γνώση βασικών οικονομικών μεγεθών εταιρειών αλλά και δεικτών ανάλυσης και βιωσιμότητας Project finance</li><li>Τεχνικές γνώσεις βασικών δανειακών προϊόντων</li><li>Πολύ καλές διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες και επιχειρηματική σκέψη</li><li>Οργανωτική ικανότητα</li><li>Αναλυτική / Συνθετική / Κριτική σκέψη</li><li>Πρωτοβουλία / Υπευθυνότητα</li><li>Άριστη χρήση / δομή του γραπτού λόγου (Ελληνικά – Αγγλικά)</li><li>Επικοινωνιακή δεξιότητα</li><li>Άριστη χρήση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων ταυτόχρονα υπό πίεση, εντός συγκεκριμένων χρονοδιαγραμμάτων</li><li>Πιστοποιήσεις επαγγελματικού επιπέδου (ACCA, ACA, CFA, ΣΟΕΛ).</li></ul>

Αναζητούμε στέλεχος για να ενινσχύσει την ομάδα του τμήματος Wholesale loan administration. Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας υλοποίησης εγκεκριμένων ορίων δανείων, τη δημιουργία συμβάσεων, τη λήψη και διαχείριση καλυμμάτων, με στόχο την ορθή και έγκαιρη διαχείριση των εγκριτικών αποφάσεων που αφορούν πελάτες Wholesale banking.&nbsp;Κύριες αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Συγκέντρωση και καταχώριση εγγράφων που σχετίζονται με εγκεκριμένα όρια (νέα, ανανεώσεις κ.ά.)</li><li>Δημιουργία συμβάσεων παντός τύπου (π.χ. ΑΑΛ, Δανείων Τακτής Λήξης, Ενεχύρων κτλ) με έμφαση στα ομολογιακά δάνεια</li><li>Διαχείριση αιτήσεων χρηματοδοτήσεων σε συνεργασία με τους αρμόδιους RMs</li><li>Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για τη διαχείριση χρηματοοικονομικών καλυμμάτων και προσημειώσεων.&nbsp;</li></ul>Απαιτούμενες δεξιότητες<ul><li>Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον τραπεζικό τομέα (τουλάχιστον 2 έτη)</li><li>Καλή γνώση τραπεζικών προϊόντων και διαδικασιών Wholesale banking</li><li>Άριστη γνώση MS Office</li><li>Ικανότητες οργάνωσης, επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας</li><li>Κριτική σκέψη και αναλυτική ικανότητα</li><li>Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό συνθήκες πίεσης.</li></ul>
