Job Description:<ul><li>Monitor the marketplace and develop strategies for Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE) categories, as well as new commercial/sales channels.</li><li>Participate in forecasting and actively monitor demand and sales performance for FFE products.</li><li>Keep a close eye on competitor activity, proposing adjustments to pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.</li><li>Regularly review product specifications and stay updated on product developments or updates in the fire fighting equipment field.</li><li>Engage directly in the product development process, working closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure product relevance and quality.</li><li>Represent the company and FFE products at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the product category.</li><li>Retain and develop business relationships with both local and international distributors, ensuring strong partnerships and growth opportunities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s Degree will be considered a plus.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in sales development, product management, or category management, preferably with international exposure.</li><li>Experience in technical marine equipment or fire fighting equipment markets will be considered a strong asset.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Organized, analytical, and sales-oriented with excellent communication skills. Category Manager - FFE

The Senior Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing brand and trade marketing strategies to enhance Knauf’s market presence and drive customer engagement across Greece and Cyprus. The position requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
