Floor Supervisor (Housekeeping)&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee room cleaning and maintenance procedures, ensuring adherence to hotel hygiene and cleanliness standards across all guest and public areas.</li><li>Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and shortages are avoided.</li><li>Effective scheduling and coordination of housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal coverage.</li><li>Training and development of new team members, fostering their skills to maintain high performance standards and service quality.</li><li>Undertaking additional related duties as required to support the overall needs and smooth functioning of the hotel.</li><li>Perform any other related duties, as required by the hotel.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star or luxury hotel.</li><li>Proven leadership and team coordination skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of health, hygiene, and safety protocols.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of cleaning practices and standards.</li><li>Proficiency in Greek and English.</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to interact courteously with guests when needed.</li></ul>
