Roving Engineer

You will ensure that the production process meets the technical specifications and KPIs.Duties and responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Contribute to production planning operations to meet production targets.</li><li>Monitor and optimizing process parameters.</li><li>Support troubleshooting in production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering</li><li>Master’s degree will be considered an asset</li><li>2-5 years of working experience in an industrial environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Greek</li><li>PC Literacy</li><li>Demonstrated communication skills and team collaboration abilities</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li></ul>
