As a Team Lead/ Solution Architect you be responsible for defining and designing the end-to-end architecture of critical web applications, as well as creating the backbone architecture, including the creation of core reusable components and horizontal core features. You will lead and guide a team of developers that design, build, test and deploy new implementations and features, ensuring that the deliverables are secure, scalable, compliant and aligned with the client’s standards and architecture principles. Data Science Manager (Athens)

We are seeking a&nbsp;Senior Data Quality Analyst&nbsp;to join our team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to ensure data across the organization is accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable. You will collaborate with data stewards, engineers, business units, and IT to define and enforce data quality standards, identify data issues, and implement solutions to improve the quality of enterprise data assets.&nbsp;Your Day-to-Day &nbsp;<ul><li>Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.</li><li>Review newly reported data quality issues and collaborate with data owners and engineers to investigate root causes.</li><li>Profile datasets using SQL or data quality tools to assess accuracy, completeness, consistency and integrity.</li><li>Monitor and analyze data quality KPIs and support data remediation initiatives.</li><li>Update and maintain data quality dashboards or reports to monitor KPIs and communicate trends to stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on data governance priorities.</li><li>Collaborate with data stewards, owners, and custodians to promote data governance quality analysis best results.</li><li>Assist with compliance-related data initiatives (e.g., GDPR, AML, Responsible Gaming reporting).</li><li>Identify and document data quality issues and propose corrective actions. Record findings, rule logic, and remediation plans in the data catalog or governance platform.</li><li>Evaluate and support data governance tools (e.g., Atlan, Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview).</li><li>Contribute to the evolution of the data quality framework and best practices.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Your Key Strengths<ul><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research or related field).</li><li>4+ years’ experience in data quality, data governance οr data management roles, reporting, statistical or quantitative role. Experience in data governance role will be considered a plus.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of data quality frameworks and dimensions.</li><li>Understanding of core data governance concepts and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ability to clearly document technical and business concepts.</li><li>Relevant experience with with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data governance or quality tools (e.g. Atlan, Informatica, etc) will be considered a plus.</li><li>Proficient in SQL for data profiling, validation, and root cause analysis. Highly advanced with MS-Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Gsuite experience.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience managing stakeholders at various levels.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
