As a FinOps Senior Specialist you will be responsible creating IT cost models (CapEx &amp; OpEx), identifying all cost pools and managing the cost allocation to the Business Units of the Bank.What you will be doing&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp; Analyze capital and operating expenses related requests and prepare the necessary documentation for the relevant proposals for approval. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Record in the system the cost components (projects, cost categories, related costs, cost drivers, etc.). • &nbsp; &nbsp; Monitor assets evolution and relevant depreciation, produce relevant reports and receive feedback on assets useful life. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Implement relevant actions (e.g., useful life extension or asset impairment) in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (e.g., system owner, Accounting, business). • &nbsp; &nbsp; Design and prepare cost reports to monitor progress, productivity, efficiency and results of activities related to cost categories under responsibility. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Monitor actual costs vs. approved budget and report on potential deviations. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Analyze and report large raw datasets. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Communicate findings and potential solutions clearly and concisely to supervisor, the team and other stakeholders. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the chargeback model (data feeds, cost components, allocation rules and drivers etc.). • &nbsp; &nbsp; Identify opportunities in terms of cost optimization. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Identify opportunities and make relevant proposals to supervisors for operational improvements in area of responsibility.&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering &nbsp;or Computer Science, or relevant fields.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;A Master’ s degree in Finance, Economics &nbsp;or related field is preferred. • &nbsp; &nbsp;At least seven (7) years of working experience in financial markets business and in computer systems.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;TBM framework and costing models knowledge will be considered a plus&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication and collaboration skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Attention to detail. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong user of SAP suite products (ie MM, FI, IM) and Power BI &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Attention to detail. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
