The System Administrator Lead will support and manage core systems, networks, and cloud services while helping improve reliability, security, and scalability. This role is a perfect match for someone with solid hands-on experience who is ready to take more ownership of systems and projects. The position will report to the ICT Supervisor. #YourRole in more detail&nbsp; ✅Administer and support Windows servers and enterprise applications.✅Manage identity, access, and security controls (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA).✅Monitor and maintain network components, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.✅Support virtualization environments (Hyper-V) and assist in capacity planning.✅Maintain backups, patching schedules, and system security practices.✅Troubleshoot and escalate when needed.✅Assist with cloud service management (Azure, O365).✅Document configurations and contribute to process improvements.✅Provide Tier 2/3 support and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
