This role reports directly to the CEO and will play a pivotal part in aligning internal operations with client needs and digital transformation goals.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal and client-facing projects, including ERP implementations, process improvements, and service delivery enhancements</li><li>Acting as the central coordination point between accounting teams, IT/system vendors, and executive leadership to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes</li><li>Acting as a trusted Consultant to clients—understanding their needs, advising on tailored accounting and systems solutions, and helping convert opportunities into long-term engagements</li><li>Supporting the development of proposals and presentations for key clients</li><li>Overseeing ERP system migrations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with accounting workflows and regulatory requirements</li><li>Serving as the final point of approval for client delivery, ensuring deliverables meet the firm’s standards of quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction</li><li>Establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, reporting tools, and performance dashboards</li><li>Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and quality of service</li><li>Conducting post-project evaluations and driving continuous improvement initiatives across teams</li><li>Providing strategic input to the CEO on operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and digital enablement</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, ACCA, CPA) are considered a strong plus</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in project or operations management within accounting, consulting, or professional services environments</li><li>Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks (Greek GAAP, IFRS)</li><li>Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SoftOne, SAP, Epsilon Net) and involvement in system implementation or migration projects</li><li>Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver tailored solutions</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Monday.com)</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong leadership and coordination</li><li>Excellent communication and client engagement</li><li>Commercially aware and consultative</li><li>Structured and delivery-focused</li><li>Adaptable and proactive</li></ul>
