UNISON Human Resources S.A. is seeking, on behalf of a Greek bank, highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisors in Athens and Thessaloniki, to provide expert guidance on mortgage loans to customers from Greece and other countries. The positions are offered on a fixed-term contract of 3 or 6 months, with the possibility of extension, while ensuring compliance with the bank’s regulations and maintaining strong customer relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Sales with a focus on mortgage loans</li><li>Strong/daily communication &amp; servicing towards customers, External Networks Partners and Branch Network</li><li>Provide specialized advice to customers regarding mortgage loans, considering the differences in banking products, regulations, and tax policies applicable in various countries.</li><li>Monitor the status of loan applications to ensure compliance with Bank standards. Analyze financial and legal documents to assess the creditworthiness of customers.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions that meet their needs.</li><li>Maintain strong networks with the Branch Network and External Networks Partners to grow the client base.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Legal Studies will be preferred. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.</li><li>Experience in a banking services environment, with a focus on (mortgage) loans will be an added advantage.</li><li>Experience in client management and communication.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office. Mortgage Advisors

As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the precise and timely execution of all payroll-related processes (monthly, ad-hoc, bonus) across the organization. The KYC Analyst (Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for conducting the KYC Due Diligence: Initial Screening, Periodic Screening, Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Event Driven Reviews (EDRs). KYC Analyst (Fixed Term)
