Intellectica is recruiting a&nbsp;UI/UX Designer&nbsp;on behalf of its client, a fast-scaling&nbsp;technology&nbsp;and digital solutions company serving high-profile clients in the&nbsp;media sector. With a long-term strategic vision and strong leadership at the helm, the company is building a team of expert technologists and digital specialists to support media organisations in transforming their audience engagement, search visibility, and content performance through cutting-edge technology and data-driven marketing. Based in Athens, Greece, working in a hybrid work model and reporting directly to the Head of Design, the ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital products.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Lead and contribute to all phases of the design process, from user research to final UI design</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions</li><li>Develop user personas, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences</li><li>Design and maintain high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms</li><li>Create and evolve design systems that support scalability and efficiency across projects</li><li>Ensure designs adhere to responsive design principles, mobile app design standards, and accessibility best practices</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and content creators, to deliver seamless digital products</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate design solutions</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a digital agency or media environment</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices</li><li>Demonstrated experience conducting user research and usability testing</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;visual design skills&nbsp;with a solid grasp of color theory, typography, and layout principles</li><li>Proven ability to create and manage design systems while ensuring media visuals and brand consistency</li><li>Familiarity with responsive design, mobile app design guidelines, and accessibility design specifications and best practices</li><li>Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools, including&nbsp;Adobe Creative Suite and Figma</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work across web and mobile platforms</li><li>Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Creative and detail-oriented</li><li>Excellent problem-solving mindset</li><li>Collaborative team player</li><li>Flexible and adaptable</li><li>Passion for user-centric design</li></ul>
