Intellectica is recruiting an ambitious and detail-oriented&nbsp;Account Manager&nbsp;on behalf of a leading strategic communications and consulting agency renowned for its cross-sector influence across more than 13 industries. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving projects end-to-end and delivering high-quality and effective solutions that meet client objectives and drive business growth.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring excellence in service delivery and communication strategy implementation</li><li>Developing and executing brand communication strategies across traditional and digital channels</li><li>Collaborating with creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging</li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and providing ongoing strategic support</li><li>Crafting and supervising brand messaging, editorial content, press releases, and social media calendars</li><li>Monitoring media coverage, compiling performance reports, and identifying insights for optimization</li><li>Coordinating and supporting the execution of PR events, brand activations, and influencer campaigns</li><li>Staying up-to-date and proactive on topics relating to client competition, industry trends and safeguarding internal communication</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>BSc and/or MSc degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline or a related field</li><li>At least 3 years of professional experience in brand communications, or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency environment</li><li>Demonstrating a strong track record in executing brand communication campaign</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially in Excel &amp; PowerPoint)</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong strategic mindset and the ability to work under pressure with poise and clarity</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and daily tasks end-to-end, while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to standards of excellence</li><li>A problem-solver able to effectively navigate client relationships</li><li>Able to promote the company’s teamwork spirit, collaborating seamlessly across departments to achieve shared organizational objectives</li><li>A can-do attitude showing willingness to take on responsibilities and go the extra mile</li></ul>Apply Now
