We are looking for a Property &amp; Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize and maintain a complete record of the Group’s facilities (head offices, rental/sales branches, warehouses, etc.).</li><li>Oversee urban planning and zoning compliance of facilities with applicable regulations, in cooperation with external consultants.</li><li>Supervise and ensure that facilities comply with all required operating licenses, in cooperation with external partners.</li><li>Obtain quotations from suppliers/partners and manage related contracts.</li><li>Assign projects to external contractors and monitor their execution.</li><li>Monitor and supervise the operation of building systems.</li><li>Implement and monitor Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) policies.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.</li><li>Conduct regular facility inspections.</li><li>Participate in the real estate valuation team.</li></ul>Job Requirements:The job holder needs to meet the following qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (University/Technical Institute).</li><li>3–5 years of professional experience either in a property/facility management company (with emphasis on hard services/renovations), as a construction coordinator in a construction company, or in a similar in-house role within another organization.</li><li>Excellent organizational and planning skills (especially in MS Excel).</li><li>Project management skills.</li><li>Proactive personality with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to work on-site and travel for business purposes within Greece.</li><li>Willingness to assume increased responsibilities in the future.</li></ul>What We Offer:💰 Competitive compensation package aligned with market standards 🏃‍♀️ Access to on-site wellness facilities, including gym and Pilates classes at our headquarters 🍝🍔 In-house dining options with themed culinary experiences 🛍️ Exclusive access to a corporate benefits platform with special discounts for our employees 🛡️ Comprehensive private health insurance coverage 📈 Pension plan (subject to role and level), supporting long-term financial planning🏓 Participation in corporate sports activities 🚀 A dynamic, fast-paced work environment that fosters continuous learning and professional growth✨ We are seeking motivated individuals who excel in a structured, collaborative environment and are eager to develop their skills within a leading organization.📩 Apply now to join our team and grow your career with us.
