Required Qualifications Qualifications: -English proficiency at C2 level. -Proven experience in Learning &amp; Development, training delivery, or facilitation. -Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and good understanding of LMS platforms. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Experience working in regional, global, or multicultural environments. Regional People Development Coordinator & Facilitator
