We are currently looking for a Senior Category Specialist to join our Commercial team and report to our Snr. Category Manager.&nbsp;Your role as a Senior Category SpecialistAs a Senior Category Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our product team. By analyzing sales data, as well as building and maintaining relationships with our key suppliers, you will be responsible for providing pet parents with the best products that will meet our beloved pets’ needs. Senior Category Specialist

Reporting to the Group Procurement Category Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the following:·Receiving requests from the corresponding business unit·Issuing POs, after securing all necessary approvals and ensures their proper execution following confirmation of the successful completion of all contractual and procedural requirements·Analyzing category performance reports and provides insights for strategic sourcing opportunities through benchmarking, market and supplier research·Analyzing PRs and POs to ensure clarity and completeness in description of materials and/or equipment, quantity and quality requirements, delivery requirements, and proper support documentation·Preparing and issuing Requests for Quotations to qualified bidders, analyzes bid quotations, prepares bid analysis and submits for approval·Remaining informed on delivery schedules and manages delays, if needed·Maintaining and updating PO due dates and status based on fluctuations in logistics and the delivery schedules from suppliers/vendors·Maintaining of PO repository. Ensuring that classified or sealed bid documents are properly stored·Maintaining contract templates per category under management, ensuring continuous regulatory compliance and overall contract management efficiency. Procurement Category Officer

We’re looking for an Indirect Spend Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you’ll lead sourcing and procurement activities across key indirect categories — such as Sales &amp; Marketing, Facility Management and IT. You will be &nbsp;responsible for optimizing supplier performance, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring that procurement strategies align with the company’s overall business objectives, reporting to Country Procurement Manager.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for assigned indirect categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support organizational initiatives and/or drive continuous improvement in procurement practices.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including commercial, operations, finance, and supply chain teams, to align procurement strategies with business needs and customer requirements.</li><li>Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and conduct spend analysis using data-driven assessments to get deep insight in cost structures, identify opportunities for cost savings, value generation, and process efficiencies.</li><li>Manage and optimize suppliers’ database, build relationships that generate long-term value for both Ayvens and the supplier in alignment with the country and group procurement strategies.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to ensure terms and conditions according to the strategic priorities of the organization.</li><li>Manage supplier contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions. Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations, taking proactive measures to address issues and drive improvements. Support the introduction of new processes, tools and systems within the procurement team and advise internal customers on procurement methods, processes and application of guidelines</li><li>Ensure &amp; follow-up actions regarding compliance and audit</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract requirements, terms, and conditions, and enforce contractual obligations to safeguard the organization's interests.</li><li>Collaborate with legal, finance, and other relevant stakeholders to mitigate contract risks and ensure contractual compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications and skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing of Indirect Spend Categories</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and procurement best practices.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating a customer centric mindset.</li><li>High level of integrity and ability to explicitly demonstrate a professional approach in all supplier interactions and meet highest ethical standards.</li><li>Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English language (written and oral)</li></ul>
