The Director of Wellness will lead the development and activation of a world‑class holistic ecosystem, integrating innovation, tradition, and personalized experiences. The role will shape a distinctive philosophy of wellbeing, supporting guests throughout their entire journey—pre‑arrival, in‑stay, and post‑departure.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Wellness is expected to:<ul><li>Design and implement a holistic wellness strategy aligned with the hotels’ brand positioning and global best practices.</li><li>Introduce and manage advanced wellness and recovery technologies, ensuring they are guest‑centric and results‑driven.</li><li>Evaluate emerging wellness innovations and seamlessly incorporate them into the guest experience.</li><li>Maintain the high standards of treatment experiences, service and attention to detail within the spa</li><li>Build, inspire, and lead a high‑performing wellness team across spa, beauty, fitness, and wellness services.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop, manage, and deliver the Spa and Wellness business plan, including the annual budget and forecasting as well as performance reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the Hotel Marketing and PR team to develop and execute strategic Spa marketing and PR initiatives</li></ul>&nbsp;Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Wellness, Health Sciences, or a related discipline; professional Spa and/or Wellness certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury spa, wellness, or destination wellness operations in an international or multi‑property environment.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is desirable.</li></ul>

To ensure that Fitness Studio is operated in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures and adhere to Health &amp; Safety Regulations. Support the assistant Fitness Manager in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of Fitness Centre operations.&nbsp; Key Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>To establish exercise programs for guests and taking into account their needs and goals, monitor their progress on a regular basis.</li><li>To maintain a pro-active presence in the fitness areas, offering help, advice and support to all users with a professional approach.</li><li>To actively promote Personal trainings, retail items and selling packages that the Fitness center offers.</li><li>To be able to assist and respond appropriately to client needs and be flexible and adaptable in their teaching and communication style.</li><li>To adequately oversee and communicate the principles of the training program in a manner that is safe to the client.</li><li>To be responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the equipment and area’s including Kinesis studio as well as to ensure that the amenities offered in the gym (fruits, water, towels etc) are replenished promptly.</li><li>To be continually visible by guests entering the spa at the reception and provide guests with the correct information regarding spa &amp; fitness services, products and prices so as to assist with recommendations.</li><li>To instruct/conduct fitness classes and any other activities as offered by the Spa &amp; Fitness Centre.</li><li>To ensure that the guests are following the policies and safety regulations of the gym by reminding these in a courteous manner.</li><li>To support in providing activities for teens, kids and families.</li><li>To conduct Spa/Fitness Centre tour for guest as required.</li><li>To be knowledgeable of the contraindications of services and products and act in accordance.</li><li>To be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.</li><li>Must attend all training as set down by Fitness Manager or Spa Director.</li><li>Contribute to the overall health of the resort colleague - Colleague gym where applicable and talks on fitness topics for resort colleague if required.</li><li>Handles any guest’s complaint in a professional manner, as per resort’s Policy &amp; Procedure (service recovery).</li><li>Ensures that all tasks assigned by superiors are completed, in a timely fashion.</li><li>To perform any additional duties as may be requested by Management.</li><li>To perform any other duties as requested by Spa management team.</li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Gymnastics</li><li>Minimum two years of experience in relevant positions</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English</li><li>To have a thorough understanding on exercise physiology, how the body moves and functions as: human anatomy, kinesiology, exercise physiology, exercise programming, biomechanics, basic nutrition&nbsp;and weight management.</li><li>Versatile in the ability to customize Personal Training sessions to a variety of guests.</li><li>Attention to detail and aptitude to maintain a very hygienic environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a world-class luxury resort.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within One&amp;Only Resorts.</li><li>Continuous training and professional development.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Private health insurance.</li><li>Exclusive discounts at partner businesses.</li></ul>&nbsp;
