As a QA Automation Engineer you will be working alongside Software Engineers, other QA team members and Software Principal Engineers and Architects, under the supervision of the Team Lead and the support of the QA Architect and Principal QA, to shape and implement the customer and product deliverables that will drive us forward in our strategic initiatives.&nbsp;You will own tickets from a QA perspective, attend sessions independently, raising issues, risks and gaps in requirements. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for South East and South Eastern Europe Cluster, you will be responsible for providing TA expertise and value by attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talents for current and future business needs, while ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience.&nbsp;Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Lead Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Early Careers activities for Greece (Papastratos) and Cyprus (Philip Morris Cyprus)</li><li>Support the South East &amp; South Eastern Europe Cluster’s TA Strategy, being a senior member of the international team of TA experts covering a region of 11 markets and taking over team activities and cluster projects</li><li>Develop and implement effective attraction and recruiting strategies to acquire top talent in alignment with PMI’s strategic priorities in Greece and Cyprus</li><li>Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career events and talent pipelines, to identify and engage with potential candidates</li><li>Lead the assessment and selection process, conducting interviews and assessment centers, to ensure the acquisition of diverse talent with the required skills &amp; qualifications, potential and overall cultural fit</li><li>Partner with Hiring Managers and multiple stakeholders throughout the recruiting and selection process, acting as a trusted partner to eventually meet talent requirements and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience</li><li>Closely collaborate with different Global Centers of Expertise (Candidate Lifecycle Experience, Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding &amp; Recruitment Marketing, Early Careers) to ensure alignment and deployment of the right mix of local strategies</li><li>Deliver end-to-end local Employer Branding initiatives and represent the company in conferences, career fairs and communities</li><li>Utilize AI-powered ATS, tools and dashboards to monitor talent acquisition metrics, assess the effectiveness of the process and make data-driven suggestions focused on continuous improvement</li></ul> Who you are<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree is required and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus</li><li>4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a fast-paced multinational environment</li><li>Proven ability to identify and source high-caliber talent through multiple strategies and channels, including social media and other networking activities</li><li>Hands-on experience with HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems and TA KPIs Dashboards. Experience with SAP Success Factors recruiting module will be considered a plus</li><li>Strong partnering skills with an ability to inspire trust and engage a range of stakeholders and candidates of all levels of seniority</li><li>Can-do attitude, very good problem solving and project management skills, being able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely and effective manner</li><li>Team player mentality, agility and growth mindset</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, with proven professional experience using both English and Greek</li><li>Military obligations completed (if applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What’s in it for you<ul><li>Have the chance to manage your own projects</li><li>Seize the freedom to shape your future and ours.
