We are looking for a commercially minded, structured communicator who combines persuasive influence with steady follow-through and pragmatic, data-informed decision making.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Define marketing strategy and annual marketing plans aligned to business objectives for existing and new brands/categories.</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to set category priorities and strategic direction</li><li>Finalize and recommend to the Commercial Director the positioning and strategic roadmap for each brand/category</li><li>Communicate positioning and category priorities to the wider Commercial Division, aligning annual plans and channel focus</li><li>Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and touchpoints</li><li>Own end-to-end execution of annual marketing plans across ATL, BTL and Digital (TV, OOH, social, e-commerce, in-store), coordinating agencies and suppliers to deliver impactful campaigns</li><li>Ensure the agreed strategy is implemented consistently by internal teams and external partners (agencies, suppliers, distributors).</li><li>Research market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and support profitable product launches</li><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions, including entry into new categories</li><li>Monitor market share, category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks</li><li>Define success metrics (e.g., launch scorecards, brand health KPIs) and lead regular performance reviews; track and analyze KPIs across campaigns, digital/social and trade initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with Sales and, where applicable, Medical/Scientific teams to align promotional priorities and execution plans</li><li>Design and present promotional and trade marketing initiatives to improve sales performance and brand visibility</li><li>Maintain strong visibility of in-market execution through regular market visits and audits (shelf presence, in-store image, promotional compliance)</li><li>Own the annual marketing budget: planning, allocation across channels, monitoring and optimization to ensure cost efficiency and ROI</li><li>Partner with Sales to build sales budget and forecast assumptions, ensuring marketing priorities support volume and value targets</li><li>Lead and develop the marketing team by setting objectives, coaching performance and building capability</li><li>Lead agency selection and negotiations, safeguarding company interests and ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables</li><li>Manage key projects, timelines and stakeholders, ensuring clear coordination and on-time delivery</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with external partners</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field</li><li>Master’s degree in Marketing, MBA and/or related certifications are highly desirable</li><li>At least 10 years of progressive experience in FMCG, including at least 4 years in a leadership role managing teams and multiple brands</li><li>Demonstrated ability to design and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.</li><li>Hands-on experience in integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital), e-commerce activation, and performance analytics</li><li>Proficiency in market research methodologies, consumer insights analysis, and competitive benchmarking</li><li>Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and P&amp;L management</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Persuasive communication and storytelling; ability to influence and align stakeholders</li><li>Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Commercial mindset and balanced results orientation (initiative with pragmatism)</li><li>Reliable follow-through and steady execution under pressure</li><li>Organized project management (prioritization, timelines, budgets, stakeholders) with pragmatic attention to detail</li><li>Data-informed decision making and KPI tracking (campaign, social, trade marketing performance)</li><li>Creativity and curiosity; ability to develop original campaigns and support innovation launches</li><li>Strong negotiation and agency/vendor management; protects the company’s interests</li><li>People leadership: coaching, feedback, and team development</li></ul>
