The key responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>&nbsp;Leading the design and review of complex 3-statement financial models</li><li>Overseeing the development of dynamic models supporting strategic decision-making, M&amp;A transactions, capital raising, and other corporate finance initiatives</li><li>Managing industry and market research efforts to assess business viability, support strategic assessments, and validate assumptions</li><li>Overseeing the preparation of reports and client presentations, ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity</li><li>Guiding and supporting junior team members in their day-to-day work, providing feedback and promoting their technical development</li><li>Participating in client meetings and discussions, contributing to the delivery of actionable recommendations</li></ul>The key requirements of this role are:<ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting &amp; Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Economics with an excellent academic record</li><li>Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (CFA) in any of the above-mentioned disciplines will be considered a strong asset</li><li>Familiarity and a solid understanding of basic accounting concepts and financial modelling techniques</li><li>Experience using CapitalIQ and Bloomberg databases will be highly regarded</li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills</li><li>A genuine passion for finance</li><li>Problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills</li><li>Minimum of 3 years (Senior) to 5 years (Supervisor) of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial modelling within an audit/consulting firm</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both orally and verbally</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)</li></ul> What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
