Group Chief Accountant

Company’s activities extend to shipping and bunkering businesses. The main purpose of the role is to be involved in several accounting and controlling activities mainly related legal entities having the abovementioned business objectives and report into the Regional European Controller. Κύριες αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Καταχώριση, έλεγχος και συμφωνία παραστατικών στην πλατφόρμα myDATA.</li><li>Διαχείριση αποκλίσεων και επίλυση ζητημάτων διαβίβασης/χαρακτηρισμού παραστατικών.</li><li>Εκτέλεση μηνιαίων φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων και διασφάλιση έγκαιρης υποβολής.</li><li>Προετοιμασία και υποβολή φορολογικών δηλώσεων.</li><li>Συμφωνία και απόδοση φόρων σύμφωνα με τα βιβλία και τα συστήματα της τράπεζας.</li><li>Υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία έκδοσης του Φορολογικού Πιστοποιητικού και συμμετοχή σε λοιπές φορολογικές διαδικασίες.</li><li>Συνεργασία με φορολογικούς συμβούλους, υποστήριξη φορολογικών ελέγχων και επικοινωνία με φορολογικές αρχές για επίλυση ζητημάτων.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση αλλαγών στη φορολογική νομοθεσία και σύνταξη/ενημέρωση εσωτερικών οδηγιών και εγχειριδίων για τη σωστή εφαρμογή της.</li></ul>Απαιτούμενη εμπειρία<ul><li>Προϋπηρεσία 6 ετών σε φορολογικούς ή/και λογιστικούς ρόλους (ιδανικά σε τραπεζικό/χρηματοοικονομικό περιβάλλον).</li></ul>Απαιτούμενες δεξιότητες<ul><li>Πτυχίο ανώτερου/ανώτατου εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος κατά προτίμηση λογιστικής κατεύθυνσης.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office</li><li>Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία τεχνητής νοημοσύνης ( Microsoft Copilot)</li><li>Εμπειρία στη χρήση της πλατφόρμας myDATA (≥ 1 έτος).</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικής φορολογικής νομοθεσίας και διαδικασιών συμμόρφωσης.</li><li>Άριστη γνώση Excel και εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα.</li><li>Εμπειρία σε φορολογικό τμήμα εταιρείας ή σε διεθνή ελεγκτική/συμβουλευτική εταιρεία θεωρείται επιθυμητή.</li><li>Εξοικείωση με λογιστικά/φορολογικά προγράμματα (π.χ. Soft1, Pylon, Epsilon Net) θεωρείται επιθυμητή.</li><li>Ικανότητα προσεκτικής διαχείρισης λεπτομερειών, με έμφαση στην ακρίβεια και τη συνέπεια στην τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.</li><li>Ανάπτυξη αναλυτικής σκέψης και αποτελεσματικής επίλυσης προβλημάτων.</li><li>Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας με εσωτερικές ομάδες και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες/φορείς.</li><li>Αποτελεσματική οργάνωση, προγραμματισμός και διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον.</li><li>Υψηλό επίπεδο υπευθυνότητας, επαγγελματικής δεοντολογίας και προσανατολισμού στη συμμόρφωση με κανονιστικά πλαίσια.</li></ul>
