Our new colleague will be reporting to the Guest Experience Team Leader.&nbsp;In detail, the&nbsp;Ellinikon Experience Park/ Centre Guest Experience Facilitator- will be responsible for:&nbsp;Regularly handling:&nbsp;<ul><li>The proper implementation of the established policies and procedures of the Experience Park/ Centre.</li><li>Welcoming guests and visitors in our premises, performing presentations and coordinating group and school visits, children summer camps</li><li>The Information Kiosks/ Reception, guiding visitors throughout our indoor and outdoor venues.</li><li>Overseeing Events/Marketing/Promotion activities that may be taking place in our premises.</li><li>Responding to questions about customer service utilities (WCs, baby rooms, cafes, etc) and the Operation regulation of the venues (operating hours, restrictions, etc).</li></ul>&nbsp;Supporting the Experience Centre/ Park Operations team in:&nbsp;<ul><li>Enforcing the Health &amp; Safety plans and procedures, ensuring the safety of visitors and F&amp;B operators.</li><li>Communicating with the technical team on relevant issues that may arise.</li><li>Providing administrative support, when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:Academic Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Ideally, a degree in a related discipline-ie hospitality, tourism, culture &amp; events management.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language; any other language would also be an important skill.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Especially for the Experience Centre Facilitators, some basic familiarization with technology and audiovisual equipment &amp; applications would be nice to have.</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>About 1- 3 years of relative working experience in a customer service role; alternatively, experience in a visitor reception/ experience would definitely be a plus.</li></ul>&nbsp;On a personal side, the ideal candidate has:&nbsp;<ul><li>Customer-centered behavior and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong team spirit!</li><li>Ability to present exhibits to audiences and/or visitors.</li><li>Basic technical skills to handle audio- visual equipment, if needed.</li><li>The stamina to work under pressure especially during events and presentations or VIP visits.</li><li>Does not mind working in public, open-air areas, as well as indoors.</li><li>As we work in shifts, availability to work on Friday afternoons and during weekends, as well as the flexibility to adjust schedule, if needed.</li></ul>&nbsp;Our Company offers:&nbsp;Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.
