Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manages insurance databases and spreadsheets for marine and non-marine covers, ensuring accuracy and completeness;</li><li>Completes application forms and distributes insurance documents internally;</li><li>Inputs insurance contracts into relevant software systems;</li><li>Maintains insurance-related statistics and conducts market research;</li><li>Processes financial transactions and payments within the SAP system;</li><li>Handles calls to War Risks AP areas and manages additional premiums;</li><li>Maintains claims database, submits reimbursement requests, and monitors collections;</li><li>Provides internal support on insurance queries;</li><li>Prepares insurance-related spreadsheets and presentations, and maintains department intranet section;</li><li>Conducts sanctions checks to ensure compliance and maintain records of findings;</li></ul>Candidate must have<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or Business Administration</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine insurance underwriting, claims handling, brokerage or with an insurance team of a shipmanagement company</li><li>Strong knowledge of marine insurance products, terminology and industry practices</li><li>Fluency with numbers and good command of MS Office (especially MS Excel)</li><li>Very good command of the English language</li><li>Team spirit, excellent communication skills</li></ul>The Company offers an attractive compensation and benefits package, as well as career opportunities. Insurance Officer

As an Internal Audit Data Analyst, you will be part of the Audit Analytics team within the Internal Audit department, supporting audit activities through advanced data analytics. You will work closely with the Internal Audit team and business stakeholders to understand audit objectives, data requirements, and analytical needs for successful audit activities. In this position you will: - Design and implement data analytics methodologies, techniques, and tools that transform how we approach audit activities. - Provide actionable intelligence through data-driven insights that directly enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our audit processes - Continuously exploring and evaluating emerging data analytics tools, techniques, and best practices to strengthen our Internal Audit function’s capabilities.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:Mandatory<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Audit, Economics, or Business Administration (focusing on data analytics or quantitative methods).</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related area.</li><li>Proven experience in applying data analytics techniques to support audit or risk management activities.</li><li>Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL.</li><li>Proficient knowledge of data analytics methodologies, techniques, and tools (e.g., QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI).</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation abilities in English.</li><li>Strong interpersonal capabilities, effective collaboration and interaction across all organizational levels in diverse, global environments</li><li>Problem solver and critical thinker who can recognize opportunities for boosting efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Independent and flexible team player, with strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Firm, decisive, and focused approach.</li><li>Professional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, Certified Data Analyst (CDA), or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) will be considered an asset.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities &nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide data analytics support during audit engagements, including data sampling, testing, and analysis.</li><li>Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate audit findings and insights.</li><li>Implement continuous auditing and data analytics techniques to enhance audit activities and suggest process improvements.</li><li>Extract, transform, and integrate data from various sources to meet audit requirements, ensuring data quality and integrity.</li></ul>
