On a daily basis, the management of the company, as well as a team of Mental Health scientists, take care of the well-being of every employee and each team on a personal and professional level.&nbsp;As a Revenue Management Analyst you will·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyze data to drive RM strategy to maximize RevPAR·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design and apply the pricing strategy for each hotel·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor the performance and ensure that each hotel meets its budget·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage and track inventory·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyze revenue and main business KPIs to provide data-driven recommendations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Track KPIs and producing reports·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform data quality controls to ensure data accuracy·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor competition·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support hotels in the analysis of information and development in relation to RM·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide ad-hoc analysis, reports and presentations for top managementEntry Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; BSc in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Management Science and Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MSc in Data Science/Business Analytics or similar quantitative field will be considered a plus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1+ year experience in a similar role within commercial department will be considered a plus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent analytical skills with a creative approach to solving problems and presenting solutions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Expertise on SQL and/or Python and/or R·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience using Data Visualization tools (ie Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau etc) to present useful insights·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with IDeaS RMS, Opera PMS, Webhotelier will be considered a plus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Understanding of classical machine learning models will be considered a plus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skillsWe offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive renumeration package·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Continuous training opportunities (hard &amp; soft skills)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Free Counseling line for our employees and their relatives (mental health &amp; business psychology)
