The role requires strong design judgment, technical execution, and the ability to operate independently while coordinating with Nicosia’s Design Unit.Responsibilities:Design Leadership &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead the production of design deliverables across print, digital, and environmental formats.</li><li>Translate brand guidelines into consistent, polished visual executions for the Athens market.</li><li>Manage design projects from concept through to final delivery with minimal oversight.</li><li>Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors when necessary.</li></ul>Digital &amp; Web<ul><li>Produce and refine digital assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.</li><li>Oversee updates to WordPress content and visual components.</li><li>Apply sound layout, UI/UX and responsive design principles where relevant.</li></ul>Environmental &amp; Campus Applications<ul><li>Lead the visual development of campus signage, wayfinding, and municipal-area branding.</li><li>Conduct on-site visual checks, gather measurements, and collaborate with fabricators.</li><li>Ensure consistency of environmental graphics across the Athens expansion.</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Operations<ul><li>Work closely with academic and administrative teams to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and present concepts.</li><li>Maintain an organized Athens-based design archive and documentation system.</li><li>Assist in briefing and guiding junior designers or freelancers when needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.</li></ul>&nbsp;Experience:<ul><li>3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).</li><li>Demonstrated experience handling multi-medium projects with autonomy.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Excellent proficiency in Figma for digital design and layout systems.</li><li>Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.</li><li>Strong understanding of print production, signage specifications, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Solid experience with WordPress content updates.</li><li>Awareness of UI/UX best practices.</li><li>Experience with environmental graphics is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Strong conceptual and visual problem-solving ability.</li><li>High attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Ability to prioritize, manage timelines and deliver at pace.</li><li>Strong communication skills in Greek and excellent command of English.</li><li>Confident presenting work and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working independently in Athens.</li></ul>&nbsp;Application Procedure:Interested candidates should submit the following documents through:<ul><li>Cover Letter outlining interest and relevant qualifications.</li><li>Curriculum Vitae (CV).</li><li>Portfolio or link to work samples.</li></ul>&nbsp;
