The position reports to the&nbsp;Area Sales Manager.Responsibilities<ul><li>Identifies customer needs and proactively promotes TITAN brand</li><li>Monitors sales per prefecture and customers for whom he/she is responsible within corporate guidelines, to meet sales and service objectives in assigned territory</li><li>Visits directly his/her clients and follows up on the development of their accounts</li><li>Maintains strong customer relationships and is proactive in understanding customer&nbsp;needs</li><li>Maintains a strong grasp of all competitors’ actions, prices, and strategies</li><li>Develops new customers and leverages relationships to grow customer base</li><li>Ensures the timely and full collection of customer debts within the framework of corporate credit policy, to protect the company’s interests and minimize financial risk</li><li>Represents TITAN within local and government authorities as well as community representatives, to contribute to the increase of influence and the promotion of the company’s brand.</li><li>Operates within TITAN’s safety &amp; environmental policies and best practices</li><li>Travel requirements within the assigned region: 50% of the time</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Prior commercial experience required (business development, marketing, sales,&nbsp;channel management)</li><li>Sales experience in the construction industry (RMX concrete, aggregates, paving etc.)or direct construction experience would be considered an asset</li><li>Greek native speaker with excellent use of the English language both oral and written Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Innovative thinking and eagerness to implement change</li><li>Negotiating skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications</li><li>Driving License</li><li>Military Service fulfilled (if applicable)</li></ul>What we offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Pension plan</li><li>Annual checkup</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Prepaid cards for supermarket</li><li>Learning and Development opportunities</li><li>Wellness programs&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;
