You will work closely with the Brand and Comms team to translate strategy into high-impact visual communication.<ul><li>Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with project objectives and Deloitte’s brand identity.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and deliver fresh, creative ideas across campaigns, social media, and other design projects.</li><li>Create visually compelling assets for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media.</li><li>Strategize, conceptualize, and deliver creative materials across touchpoints such as webpages, newsletters, internal comms, event signage, and more.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to deliver modern and effective design solutions.</li><li>Apply feedback effectively to refine and optimize creative work, ensuring final designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards.</li></ul>#WinningRequirements<ul><li>5–6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
